Accommodation has been reserved for conference
participants and their companions in Budapest in hotels of various categories as near as
possible to the conference venue, as listed below. In order to reserve accommodation,
please reserve your room in the online database for Registration & Hotel Reservation before 2
June, 2008. Since July is a high season for tourism in Hungary, you are kindly
requested to arrange your booking as soon as you are able to. It should be emphasized that
the organisers cannot be held responsible for accommodation that has been reserved and not
used. For the reservation deposit should be paid in advance during the hotel booking..
The reservation system will not offer dates prior to 13 July and after 17 July 2008.
If you need to come earlier or depart later, share your room with somebody, our
colleagues are ready to help you in any respect to get hotel reservation for any period.

Both Hunguest Aparthotel Europa**** and Hunguest Hotel Rege*** are
connected to the conference venue with a glass bridge. They are situated in the green area
of Budapest, they can be reached 15 minutes from the city centre.
The hotel offers double bed apartments and double bed rooms with

Budapest and the Buda Hills.
